Web Design & Development
In 2019, Mitchell planned to revamp their static website, which was several years out of date. As an Art Director on the Mitchell creative team with some experience in web development, I approached our leadership and offered to spend some of my on-the-job time learning and building our new website on WordPress.
With the support of our internal team for project management and writing, I led the new UI design and web development process. Using a robust template, I learned my way around WordPress and grew my HTML and CSS skillset, successfully migrating the content and launching the website in October of 2019. I maintained the website and written documentation for updates across the site until May 2020, when I left the company and handed off the documentation.
